One thing that looks clean(er) than other places (I have never been a customer at an hospital, but visited) such as Malaysia or places in central EU/UK, it seems to me (others can post real experiences on which is cleaner). This nurse here in Southern Taiwan, her work place as well as practices looks very clean much better than some local offices.

If there’s one thing I can’t complain about in Taiwan is the health care.

Yes! (but some do complain even though it’s much better than most other places, I mean on overall sense)
One of the best I’ve seen is the Sun Yat-Sen Cancer Center in Taipei. Clean, well-run, compassionate hospital - looks a lot like a top hospital in the US
