Teacher Contract Translation Verification for Accuracy

I was just presented with a contract to sign for my new job (to be) as a teacher in New Taipe. I just came across this section that sent alarms raging in my head. It said something to the effect of, if there are any disputes the contract in Chinese is the one that will be honored. I know squat of Chinese so as far as I know I could be made into a sex slave! (which at my age would actually be flattering) The point is, should I even worry about this? It is after all the MOE program TFELT (or something). I was wondering if I should hire someone to look it over and if anyone knows of a service. I googled and ended up … posting here!

All bilingual contracts in Taiwan have that clause. I wouldn’t worry. Sex slave isn’t the worst job in the world.
