Teaching hours vs Working hours

My concern is related to working hours and the teaching hours.
It is stated in the contract that the teacher will be having 25 teaching hours for 30K NT. However, the teacher works from 11:30 - 20:00 Mondays to Friday and her actual regular teaching workload is about 16-18 hours per week. It would only go over 20 hours of teaching when there are sub classes. Is teaching hours different from working hours?. Is 30K NT just fair because the teaching hours is less than 25?. Need your thoughts on this.

30k a month? For 16 to 18 teaching hours a week? But 40 hours in the building? That is terrible pay.

I dont understand the 25 hours for 30k bit. Do you mean there could be up to 25 hours if you have to sub classes?

It’s terrible pay even if it’s clock in at the start of class, clock out at the end

I went to Sushi express on Friday and they had posters up recruiting staff, with better salaries than that.
