@TT By “same email” I mean they’re all “send your resume to esljobtaiwan@gmail.com”. I have no idea who’s making the forumosa accounts.
But if responding to that email once upon a time that was a way for Bryan Wu to get your contact info and be aggressive towards you, wouldn’t it always be? (But no, I am not interested in interacting with every job post that shows up on here. I certainly don’t want aggressive recruiters telling me about how “this is how we do things in Taiwan” and such when they inevitably try to scam me)
