Anyone know of any schools in Taipei seeking native Russian speakers? Any ideas on where someone would find work teaching Russian?

I am Russian born in the USA, I am planning to come back to Taiwan for a longer period this time and I would also love to teach some Russian in college probably. I am only doing my PhD, so it’s also a question for me - can I hope for a job with a university? I would appreciate any hint on that from those in the know. 
Hi Sputnik, welcome back! I was just thinking the other day that we hadn’t heard from you a while.
KenTaiwan98 knows what he is talking about when it comes to universities, so when he writes above that you should be able to get a job teaching Russian without having a PhD, you can take this as a good indicator.
