And the young lady does it again! :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo:
Five majors at the age of 22… amazing…
She is really the best player right now. Watching her play is like watching Tiger Woods a few years back. I know a lot of Americans are turned off by seeing one of the many Asian players in the field win again, but I think it is always great for a sport to have one really dominant player at the top (or two to have a rivalry going) who breaks records and plays at another level than the rest. Without Tiger the PGA is so much less entertaining. The media is really hoping for someone like McIlroy to become the next superstar. No one gets really excited if players like Kaymar or Choi win a big tournament.
For the LPGA I would hope that Paula Creamer elevated her game on a consistant basis. She’s gorgeous, flashy, and very likable. I think she was one of the players who waited till the end to congratulate Yani, a great gesture, considering that she had an awful last day.
People were hoping Michelle Wie would be the breakout star with her modelesque appearance and her giant swing… she has the talent, but not the mental fortitude or consistency needed to win at the top level…
So can she be called the world’s number one yet, or is she still the world’s number one WOMAN golfer?
Ah who cares , flip a coin
, are you working for the TT on the side?
This lady has style, well done to her.
can the OP PLEEEAASSE change the thread title to “Yani Tseng wins ANOTHER major”?
ta muchly.
BTW,
well done, lass.
In the news, 2 days ago. I good Taiwan sports role model
Unfortunately, missed the cut into 3rd and 4th rounds by 1 from her total score.
She’s back!
For a TLPGA event, U$200,000 first prize is very nice.
Guessing she finally dropped 黑人 (Blackie) as her friend, who jinxed her career when she was top in LPGA.
