This thing makes black list of words very tricky as it exponentially increases possible variations needed to be blocked. Unless one limits the input to Latin only.

Yeah, it’s a common phrase used by Indian spammers. I blocked that phrase years ago.

Blocking that sentence basically cut the spam in half.
