Get on bus median traveling WEST on MINQUAN RD. Take any bus going to TAOYUAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Get off bus at TAIMALL in Nankan (third stop after exiting freeway). $55-57 one-way (MRT card accepted, swipe getting on AND getting off bus). Frequency is every 5-10 minutes.
To get to The 3 Baboons via ZHONGXIAO FUXING MRT, EXIT 1:
Get on EVERGREEN BUS 5202 towards TAOYUAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Get off bus at TAIMALL in Nankan. $60 one-way. Scheduled bus times – download schedule http://www.evergreen-eitc.com.tw/eitchtdocs/jsp/c_4/c_4_3_2.jsp (Chinese only).
The 3 Baboons is on the 1st floor, to the right of the main entrance. There is also a separate entrance from the outside if you are coming to the restaurant after the mall has closed.
I’m guessing you guys are part of the baboons rugby club? Not that it really matters either way, but that would be great for your marketing. Anyway, good luck on your venture, the more international food the better.
