There’s a smallish one opposite Wanfang Hospital, close to McDonalds. They’re used to be one in JingMei on the first floor of Hanshen Department Store, but I haven’t been in a while, it may be closed. I’m sure there are a couple in the basement of Mitsukoshi in Hsinyi District.
