I went there a couple of weeks ago.
My gfs dad complained about the AC being too cold.
The waitress replied with this: it isn’t, you must think its too cold because you are drunk! Look! Your face is red!
My gfs dad looked confused, slightly upset and said no he had not been drinking.
Customer service Taiwan style! Never apologize, never admit fault and bonus points if you can insult the customer.
You get VERY hot when you eat hot pot.
The AC must be strong for a reason. More customers will complain if they turn it down.
Thats not the point is it. (And it was too cold)
Theres a way to say that to a complaining customer to both say sorry and also explain why you are doing it.
Accusing someone of being drunk is not it.
I guess you could complain to corporate if it’s that big of a deal.
It wasn’t, her dad is Taiwanese too so it didn’t bother him too much.
Its just my observation of exceptionally crap service.
