Did you miss the sarcasm there? Are you claiming that climate engineering is or is not a thing?
I’m not a fan of the term “chemtrails”, but aerial spraying of chemicals, for various purposes (including weather modification) has been a thing for decades. TPTB are seriously discussing planet-scale climate modification and it’s not impossible they’re running proof-of-concept tests (apart from the ones that are already common knowledge).
Of course climate engineering is a thing. Let’s see where the article mentions it:

Governments do an awful lot of things in private. It seems there’s a certain segment of the population who will happily believe that none of it happens unless it’s reported in the Guardian.
As you may have noticed, the last few years have involved governments saying “we’re definitely not going to do so-and-so”, then going right ahead and doing it anyway … and then threatening you with various sanctions if you object. Or, similarly, just keeping some programme extremely secret - testing, prototyping, and fine-tuning - until they’re ready to mount a shock-and-awe assault on the population, and it’s too late to do anything about it.
The fact remains that governments are hugely invested in “climate change” and see grand, world-changing projects as the “solution”. This mad religion needs to have its head bashed in with a shovel and abandoned in a ditch. So if RFK Jr. has a policy of telling policymakers to STFU if they even mention this sort of nonsense, I’m all for it.
