really pretty now for those without clouds.

I brought the camera with me to take pics. but using the truck in high wind as a tripod, so they are blurry. show some pics from Hualien when I get home

it is a gorgeous one

humbled, satisfied.

Can’t see a damn thing, clouds.

Kao City, no moon at 7pm tonight! (I see one star or aeroplane or something lighted)

Was there any chance to see the eclipse moon? Maybe to cloudy

Not so clear, some clouds. Can you see anything?

I just walked outside, and was briefly excited to see only scattered cloud. Could I see the moon?! Oh, nope. Those were scattered clouds in front of the solid cloud.

That’s exactly what I was thinking xD

So… cloudy the night of the eclipse, totally clear the next one. Stupid.

This Sunday night/Monday morning! No one seems to have mentioned this yet, so here is a quick guide. Weather looks unpromising (ie cloudy again!), but keep an eye on the southwestern sky between 11:30pm and 5am. Moon should go red from 1:30 to 2:50, with the maximum at about 2:11. At least it won’t be cold this time.
