The street value alone was at least 5,000 New Taiwanese Dollars - that’s nearly 150 US Dollars. A catastrophe has been averted - someone could have nearly almost started a habit with that.

4kgs of heroin surely must have a higher street value than US$150.
Yes, you’re right - Google Converter puts a kilo of 40% grade heroin at around 350 US Dollars.
