Indeed. Heart disease is very sneaky. It tends to hit young, athletic men in particular. Such accidents have happened several times here in Taiwan.
Very sad to hear these news. Followed the guy on social media, outdoorsy type. Lots of potential, had started acting and such. Recently married/engaged, if I am not mistaken.
Obviously they can’t, but it seems like a risk they would have to assume for their business purposes. I’m sure they can insure for it.
Goo Hara, age 28. A K-pop star I hadn’t heard of before. But reading about her … oof. Entertainment can be a sketchy business, but K-pop seems to have particularly rotten strands.

He was also 1.93, a really tall guy. Tall guys also tend to have heart problems.

His family is stuck in Taiwan, haven’t been able to reach his side, as they have Canadian passports and need visa. Awful.

Comes on the heels of another K-Pop star’s suicide that Hara was friends with. I guess that was the last straw for her. Very sad. Toxic industry from all I’ve read.
