The Morgue 2025

Too bad. I really liked some of his songs. How Does It Feel and Send It On. And then this Smokey Robinson cover.

That’s way too young. R.I.P.

Take the M out of the MTV and you have…just TV?

Older brother had all KISS albums.

Huge influence in my life. I learned to play guitar because of him.

I rarely get obits in my feed, so had to search to learn that MLB’s Sandy Alomar Sr (81) of the Angels and Mike Greenwell (63) of the BoSox (tied for MVP in 1988) died this month. RIP

Holy moly I had the Muscle Hamster as running back on a bunch of fantasy teams a decade or so ago. No word on cause of death, but 36?!

RIP Doug Martin

surprisingly young. He was fat as fuck, though.

I’m shocked. This guy was a hero to Jets fans. I had no idea he had kidney disease … and I would be interested in knowing the details of his search for a new kidney. Really sad.

RIP Nick Mangold

I never heard anything. I don’t think it was common knowledge until he posted about needing a new kidney a few days ago.

Like two weeks ago I read. It’s not like kidneys grow on trees, and I’m curious why so late in the game. I would not be surprised if hundreds of Jets fans would have given him a usable spare kidney (j/k) if only they’d known. He must have just learned how close he was two weeks ago. Seems tragic to die that way, at 41.

William Hootkins. Passed October 23rd. You probably don’t know the name, but you probably recognize some of his roles in classic films of yesteryear.

… okay, a few classics and a few not-so-classics… but still. RIP

Really? That’s the last time I trust Facebook… what lies will they tell me next time? Oh well… still RIP, I guess.
