This isnât true. He died poor for a celebrity maybe, but he still had several properties. The family started a GoFundMe because they donât want to sell their mansion. Anyway, still sad but I wanted to correct the record here. RIP.
What kind of selfish, narcissistic sociopath does that?!

Wow. They so greedy thenâŚ.
Rest in peace Bud Cort. Harold and Maude isnât for everyone, but it was a life changing film for me when I first saw it at age 19. (And I immediately thought of @Bree âs icon when I came to post this
)
Itâs a powerhouse of a movie. Multi layered and the music and visuals work so well together.

Hollywood icon Robert Duvall has died ... the actor passed away at his home Sunday at the age of 95, according to his wife.
Great actor , will be missed.
Possibly his most memorable character was Augustus McCrae in the 1989 television adaptation of Larry McMurtryâs terrific novel, Lonesome Dove.
Even most Americans never realized that Duvallâs hat kicked off a small revolution in Western fashion. The crease dipped down to the front, an asymmetry that had never been popular before in US history. US hatters began making and selling âGus creaseâ cowboy hats almost immediately, and you can still buy the Gus today.
The hat, or the crease, made McCraeâs character seem all the more open-minded, approachable, sociable in every scene. It was a subtle wardrobe effect in movie-making that Duvall expressly asked for, one the Australian director, Simon Wincer, embraced.
RIP Robert Duvall

William Endfield Steinberg (February 26, 1950 â February 16, 2026) was an American songwriter. He achieved his greatest success in the 1980s with songwriting partner Tom Kelly; together they wrote or co-wrote the No. 1 hits "Like a Virgin" by Madonna (1984), "True Colors" by Cyndi Lauper (1986), "Eternal Flame" by the Bangles (1989), "So Emotional" by Whitney Houston (1987), and "Alone" (covered by Heart in 1987). Steinberg and Kelly also wrote or co-wrote the hit songs "I Drove All Night" (rec...
âIâm sad for his family and friends,â is the nice thing to say about a hack responsible for some of the 80s & 90s most dreaded power ballads. And âwhen I think about you, I touch myself.â
Unless he did some terrible thing Iâm unaware of (I mean actual terrible, not writing a song you donât like), thatâs a pretty harsh assessment of the poor guy. Personally I like some of those ballads but maybe Iâm just corny.
I Touch Myself is an awesome song. RIP.
True Colors and Eternal Flame are both great tracks.
Whoa!! Thatâs a big one! I think one of the last prominent leaders from the MLK civil rights era. Not a huge fan of his later years when he started to grift a bit, but still a big deal.
I read that for the first time last year. I loved it so much that Iâm scared to watch the movie.
Tell me true. Should I?
