The Morgue 2026

Nice man, had met him in person. He lived a long and good life.

He became a police officer in the Taipei Police Department, rising to captain at the age of 22, the youngest in Taiwanese history.

Dr. Lee moved with his late wife to the United States in 1964. Dr. Lee earned his Ph.D. (1975) and master’s (1974) degrees in biochemistry from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in forensic science from John Jay College (1972).

Slacker!

It appears as though Tiger Woods has lost yet another one of his nine lives. :black_cat:

Why is he always flipping cars? This isn’t the first time…

Drugs.

Oppression.

Birdies or Eagles? Fly like an eagle… :eagle:

SLACKER!

Tiger needs to be a slicker slacker.

“To improve your drive, focus on hitting “up” on the ball with an upward angle of attack, rather than striking down, to maximize distance and minimize spin.”

Life is cruel.

Parkinson’s, on March 23.

The aptly named “Tiger”.

Sid Krofft: 1929-2026

You might need to be an American of a certain age to recognize that name. He and his brother Marty were responsible for some of the most wacked-out shows to ever hit U.S. network TV.

Just a few of the many:

  • H.R. Pufnstuf
  • Far Out Space Nuts
  • Land of the Lost
  • The Bugaloos

And let’s not forget Pink Lady and Jeff.

Jesus his tv shows were like fever dreams. That little clip brought back long repressed memories.

I know what you mean.

For example, as soon as I saw the image in the video preview, I immediately recognized the character as “Witchiepoo.” Why, oh why, is that information still in my head instead of, say, more Mandarin vocabulary?

Kinda scary to be honest. 70s shows were real out there. I watched them in the 80s and they already really weird by then.
