No, that wasn’t my intent at all. You basically said two things:
When in one thread some members are complaining about how stupid it is when any foreigners does something stupid here in Taiwan, they get outed in the media and Taiwanese are saying… oh those foreigners… like drinking on mrt, drugs, violence…

I don’t have any confirmation about it, only thing I am basing it on, is the posted police report that was submitted as evidence in this thread about Haitians in Springfield. 2 men and 2 women had been seen taking some geese and put them into their car.
Could have been a prank call to the police or case was dismissed for any reasons, I don’t know.
Are you suggesting that the millions of undocumented immigrants in the US are documented?
Again, you were talking specifically about the Haitians in Springfield and that they were illegal, all 20,000 of them. That appears not to be the case. What is your point about the Haitians in Springfield?

The actual point why I am using these geese as an explanation, is because it’s so ridiculous… how can they go from eating cats and dogs, and later produce the proof of a police report on some who might have been poaching geese….
It’s like the report here in Taiwan on some foreigners been loud and drinking beer in the mrt, if any politician would have tried to make points by reporting it like foreigners in Taiwan have been using the mrt for strip clubs and rave parties. I would have been annoyed with that politician too.
They entered the country illegally. Virtually none of them went thru the legal immigrations process, which takes years. They’re only “legal” because the Biden Administration conferred temporary legal status on them because the country they came from is full of rampaging gangs of criminals.
I understand now why we are talking across each other.
I also am completely sure of one more thing: when my ancestors moved to the Americas they didn’t have passports or a health check or any such thing. I suppose this fact may be a good argument in your favour. lol
In the meantime, I wonder if and when folks like you will stop kicking down and stop making excuses for irresponsible people with a platform making ill-informed comments about others who you seem to assume to be inferior to you, the good immigrant.

Life is hard for Americans with inflation and cost of housing and wars, but what WON’T win votes is negativity and hate. People actually are looking for “joy” which is why Kamala with zero ideas and no leadership skills is gaining voters simply by using it as a slogan and by not being hateful.
It is shocking that Trumps team doesn’t give his own base and the fence sitters a bit more credit. Pretty sure people can handle a bit of policy.
