Without sharing news of his diagnosis it’s impossible to know how his thinking has been affected, how long before he’s cognitively incapacitated to the point his executive function is gone.
Until Biden chooses to share more information, I think that any voter has to assume Harris will take the reins sometime before 2028. If you like Biden, then you should also like Harris - as President.
