All the illegal extensions (ground and rooftop) built in New Taipei City have rain gutters around the roof, non and I mean non have ever been cleared out or down pipes cleared.
Heavy rain like waterfalls all down the street, gushings of water they goes all over apartments below onto balcony’s and they don’t give a shit.
Personally I would go ballistic and tell them to fix it.
That don’t care whatever attitude gets on my wick sometimes.
