Yeah, I don’t associate “delicious” with drinks. I usually use “good”. Actually, I usually use “good” for food, too.

Where I’m from, “some good” is commonly used for “very good”.

Yes and no, especially in response to tag questions. Confusing true/false with the gramatically correct response.

T: Do you understand?
S: Ye-es. (obviously lying)
T: Really? You don’t, do you?
S: Yes. (Relieved, admitting that yes, they don’t understand.)

It seems like no-one ever teaches them (or teachers) about this issue.

Here’s one that’s bothered me for years, and I keep seeing it in different contexts:

“emergent situation” instead of “urgent situation” or “emergency”.

Any 2 words in English that can be translated with 1 word in Chinese.
