I’d like to start a thread on thread art in which the thread background becomes the canvas on which you create your art. The main thing is to remove the picture’s natural background so that it can be replaced by the threads background. You can use photoshop or paint.net or the gimp to achieve this.The pictures have to be saved as gif files to work (as far as I know). My first one will be very basic:
