Thrifting/Second-hand shopping

I’m wondering where do used clothes, accessories, toys etc. go in Taiwan? In the West there are Salvation Armies, Savers, Value Village…places where you can go “thrifting” and pick up cheap (albeit used) necessities to quickly furnish a new apartment, pick out some gardening clothes, etc. Could anyone direct me to the Taiwanese equivalent of a thrift store-esque experience? (In Taipei would be preferred)

Google Maps:

二手店

But they dont have a donations style thrift store like Value Village. Only used stores. Otherwise ruten is a place to find used stuff.

And social media type places. Loads on facebook, but usually individuals, not stores.

You could try the flea market in GongGuan near the bridge to New Taipei City.
Many clothes for sale there.
Weekends before 9am is the best time to get there.
On Saturdays, you will see one or two different people selling things than on Sundays.
I assume it is still open.
