It’s “He opone Juliet.” Opine, opone, opinnen. (I voted throve (well, actually, I voted for both, but that includes throve) because it sounds more forceful, sound like somebody really thrivin’, not just jivin’.)

By the way, I switched to the proforma longjohn silverlight thing in order to vote in the election, got light-headed and had to go outside for a while. So I switched back. I have to say, it may have influenced my vote. But I may try it again. It’s kinda like a mild electrical current passing through the brain.
