Last year, we promised everyone that as long as the Bart version didn’t lose money, we would bring the real version to Taiwan. Now, we are fulfilling that promise.
The true Batushka — the originator and creator of Polish Orthodox Black Metal — is finally coming to Asia to preach their liturgy. Whether you skipped the Bart version last year due to the controversy, or you already saw Bart’s lineup during their first Asia tour, one thing must be said: If you haven’t seen Krzysztof Drabikowski’s Batushka, you simply haven’t seen Batushka.
Due to copyright disputes, the Bart version is not allowed to perform the debut album’s material — but this time in Taipei, those songs will be officially unleashed by Krzysztof Drabikowski himself. Joined by South Korean melodic black metal veterans Oathean and Japan’s rising black metal act Izumo, this event will let you witness an undeniably legendary chapter of true Polish black metal.
