Ticketing trouble, Help! Don't have credit card

A ticketing quandry.

I dont have a credit card. My wife does. All online booking sites that we have seen require the credit card holder to be the traveler.

I want to buy a ticket for myself to Bangkok from Taipei using my wifes credit card (yes she knows and is ok with it :stuck_out_tongue: ) How is this possible?

I am beginning to think that the only way is through a travel agent. Time is running short. I need to purchase the ticket this weekend for departure on monday. Any suggestions? Travel Agencies that offer good fares? etc?

(best fare so far: KLM roundtrip 6500 NT.)

There is an obvious reason that the names have to match, so I would say you are out of luck unless they accept other ways of payment.
Contact a travel agent, they should accept cash or transfers from your bank account. I always use Interlink.

Use the Travel Agent thread. Most of the time, you can pay by ATM transfer.

just get a credit card, that is what i did when i saw all the great online deals

If you still haven’t found a ticket, I would HIGHLY advise you to go with Whose’s travel. They are in Taichung, but you can pay over the phone via credit card. I worked with Dale, who was TREMDENOUS in helping me book a ticket home.
