Tickets to the Chimei Museum for the current show?

I tried the website. Nope! I tried Ibon. Nope! KKday is sold out, too! I tried Klook… but the price doesn’t seem correct… so I wonder if it’s the right show. Does anyone know? Tks.

It’s sold out. Not sure what else I can tell you.

Klook gives you a voucher. But you have to exchange it. I wonder if the voucher is valid, if the show is sold out.

Mmm. That’s what it seems.

Translation by Bing Edge. Yeah, if that’s the case, I didn’t buy the ‘voucher’.

It’s sold out. They aren’t selling tickets to it on Klook. If they were you’d be fine. But, it’s sold out.

Yeah. I was suspicious but Klook is still selling this:

I’ve heard from a friend who called Chimei that there are a limited number of tickets reserved for on-site sales each day, if you’d care to take that risk.

On a Saturday… I’d have to be the first in the queue there! LOL! In Taiwan, is that even possible?

Christ man that’s entry to see a bunch of old violins and stuff.

It’s a special exhibition for special people with special tickets.

Actually you’ll probably find scalpers outside. I’ve managed to find tickets to any show I’ve ever wanted to see just by standing outside. Or else I’ve blagged my way in.

My info is second-hand, so double-check before you go queue up. If it is true…good luck. I’ve never seen the beginning of a queue…

Well, if I were going myself, I’d take the chance. But I’m going with the s/o, she’s less ‘accommodating’ about ‘shit happening’. So…

I feel you too much…sigh

Well. I might take a chance myself. Disappear from Taipei EARLY one morning weekday. I don’t think the wife cares that much to do it. It’d be full of excuses about why it’s not a good idea to go. Sigh!

Hone your skills at a Costco on the weekends. Once you’re confident you’ve upped your game sufficiently, give it a go at Chimei. Let us know how it turns out.

OK now I’ve changed my mind.

There’s a million and one things to do and eat in Tainan. Go and enjoy those things with your SO instead. :joy:
