Whats up with toilet paper at the entrance, like an illusion of saving money of having one per stall? You have to guess how big an explosion to clean up?
lol…. for real son….. I don’t get this at all. I used to work at a fancy private school that still had this set up. Some students saw me taking TONS of T.P. One dared to ask “why are you taking so much?” I replied “because I don’t know how much I’m gonna need!”
Yeah always felt a bit weird but tell you what it’s better than NO toilet paper, am I rite ?
In some offices you have to bring your own toilet paper, I’d see xiaojies walking out the office with roll of toilet paper in hand. Sexy ladies. Something tells me it’s probably not as common anymore.
yeah, and before that I worked at a GIANT public school with 3,000 kids, and they did not provide any…. so it was BYOTP. You had to be careful walking down the halls, because if you got spotted carrying a packet of tissues, then everyone knew you were about to take a shit!
I’m not so brave… I hide them in my pocket and act cool 
The real reason is that toilet paper outside the stalls is less likely to be stolen…
