I thought the IG is a real model out of China. It goes back a couple few years. I could be wrong.

China started this stuff earlier than anywhere else. They may even mix it up and use a real model and video every now and then use a program to alter the faces. But the last hundreds of posts are all clearly AI, women donât have those proportions either.

it was a great guitar i really enjoyed playing it. Sold it a half phillippino / half black guitarist at the HOrse Shoe Pub in the combat zone, I used to bring the guitar round there back in 82/83 i think? I got it in sF in 79.or 81, cant member, And Bobby the guitarist really dug that guitar so he made me an offer i couldnt refuse. Think i made 200 bucks selling the thing. I thought id just pick up another one when i visit the US of A again. Never did pick up another one though.

Shanghai is amongst the dullest mega cities I have visited in Asia and worldwide . Itâs 99.99% Chinese what do people expect.
One can only wonder at the amazing metropolis it could have been if the Communists and Japanese hadnât stifled itâs growth into a real international mecca.
I cannot understand how much good press it has got other than for many westerners it was their first Asian city and they were on big and easy money back in the day.
Parts of it are still pretty though Iâll give it that, but it is mostly like an empty shell because the communities that built that city were mostly thrown out just before , during and especially after WWII.

well i never been, it would be cool to visit i think for a few days. Non stop from Sungshan to Shanghai. I remember sitting in a cafe which i used to almost live at in TAipei and this old timer (now tommy is an old timer but i wasnt then) talk about shanghai and the days he used to live there and he mentioned flights from sungshan to shanghai? Was that even real? Well them flights are real as of what 25 years ago? But before 1949?

That old timer meant flights before the war. There were NO direct flights between Taiwan and China for about 60 years, they only started AFTER you left Taiwan.
I would have loved to talk to somebody about the old Shanghai.

And 20% of all foreigners in China live in Shanghai. Imagine how dull and homogenous the rest of China is.
From pictures, Shanghai has sidewalks and shade trees. No wonder itâs boring.
I loved western China. I spent months wandering Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang
I remember really enjoying Lijiang, Dali, the Pu-er tea plantations in Southern Yunnan before heading down for kayaking adventures in Northern Laos. Good times.

I went back to Yunnan to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge, and went to Dali again because it was so chill. Lijiang was pretty commercial by then, but I did stay in a local traditional home the second time
