Has anyone ever bought or sold One Pass mileage? I know some people just have more than they’ll ever be able to use up.

For the OnePass program, I believe if you have a bunch of extra miles, you can buy tickets in somebody else’s name. This might be a solution for you or your family if at least one of you has more miles than you really need.
