I wonder how effective these stimulus programs have been. There have been quite a few. Some of them are meant for foreign travelers, but I find it quite cumbersome to find the details and figure out what to do. Maybe it’s for tour operators, not for individuals? Waste of tax payer money?
Using taxpayers’ money to subsidize crappy hotels? A definite waste.
Star hotels mind you.
