TPRS beginners workshop on Sunday, Jan. 8 at NTNU in Taipei, including:
–Demonstration class: participants learn an unknown language using TPRS methodology
–Brief (very brief!) introduction to the theory and method
–Hands-on practice in intensive questioning techniques useful in any classroom (any methodology)
–Discussion of reading techniques and selection of reading materials
–TPRS resources
If we get non-Chinese attendees I’ll teach the workshop in both languages (Chinese and English). Right now since it’s being organized by NTNU I’m expecting mostly Chinese teachers of Chinese. It would be great to also have some foreign perspective there!
