TRA buying ticket (Ziqiang+Local)

I bought a reserved Ziqiang ticket (e.g. to Taipei) but I transferred to a local train and took off (e.g. Nagang).
On my way out, I got an error on the ticket booth so I paid the fare adjustment on the counter.

I am wondering, is it possible to buy the a reserved Ziqiang(T.C.) seat that includes the Local Line transfer in just one ticket?
e.g. Taoyuan(Ziqiang) to Taipei(Ziqiang) to Nangang(Local)

You can only buy a reserved seat ticket for that complete route if the entire journey is on a train type that has reserved seats. There are Ziqiang trains for that route (Taoyuan->Nangan) but they’re very infrequent (I think only 4, in the afternoon and evening).

You can’t get a single ticket that has both reserved and non reserved seats.
