i would like to know some more infos .about registrating business name as trade mark(avoid someone else use the same name).
It’s a restaurant name.so please can someone help me where i can registrating the name as trade mark.

If you set up a company then you have to have a Chinese name for it. Two companies in the same industry cannot have the same name…does this help?

Our business is officialy registrated, but i was a bit worry as someone will use the same name as trademark,and than suing us to rechange the name.
So ,again many thanks for quicly answer.
After you register your company name you will get a half dozen letters from law firms offering their services to register a trademark. Pick one.
We never got any such letters!
