The police should have given you a paper indicating where to the find the report within 7 days of the accident, but don’t expect it it to list fault percentage, that’s for the courts. The report will also be in Mandarin, so unless you can read traditional Chinese it won’t do you much good anyway.

You can apply here and then go to police station to pick it up, I think.

Any update?
I did a 和解 with the other guy the night of the incident and no money was exchanged. Police never contacted me again and I have no idea whose fault the incident was officially.
At this point it probably doesn’t matter anymore.

Yep. The other guy can’t ask money from me and I can’t ask money from him because we both signed the 和解 document, so it’s irrelevant. I am curious though, just not enough to go down to the station and apply for the report.
