Hello everyone.
I am an international student currently enrolled with Masters degree in a university here in Miaoli and I am planning to transfer to another university in Taipei City. I am greatly bothered if I still need to go back to my country to modify my ARC so I can transfer school. I don’t know what are the legal process. I don’t plan to go back to my country yet because it may be costly and time consuming.
Get in touch with the school you are transferring to. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
