Do you know any place in Taipei or Taoyuan where I can transfer money to HSBC bank in the UK? What is the cost of transfering

Try any bank. Cost should be around 500NT.

You have a HSBC App or online you can do it that way.
I don’t any longer (selling and buying eBay) but was sending and taking all different currency’s from foreign bank accounts through my HSBC UK account.

Why don’t you try internet banking. It’s easy and safe.
