Transferred money from UK to Cathay bank

I plan on starting a new business in Taiwan, for this I have to transfer 500000ntd to a Taiwan bank.

This I have done? via OSX they have said monies transferred to destination Cathay Bank Taipei City.

4 working days later Cathay saying not received as yet.

Anyone else here had such long transfer deadline so slow? Been 7 working days now.

my first bank transfer UK to Taiwan took about a week, after that its much quicker.
