Yes, but they are not allowed to help you write these due to fraud issues. not sure if that is bank policy or law. That makes sense to me though. their entitlement does not.

I have run across this situation in many varying government offices in recent years, the staff refusing to help you write things. Old people must be screwed. But the reasoning is understandable.
