Well, somebody I know very well keeps on calling me a “mthrfckr” on some special, of course very rare occasions. Obviously, this person uses the word without thinking and seems to don’t understand the very bad meaning of this word, so I want to explain it to him/her. Can somebody help me out with a mandarin translation or a chinese equivalent of this word?

Well, you could go for shock and say gan nin ya ma chou ji ba (fuck your mother’s stinking c*nt) and then say see, zanghua, swear word, don’t use it.
