Eyewitness near President Trump rally reportedly saw a man on a roof: report
An eyewitness told the BBC on Saturday that he saw a âman on top of a roofâ near President Trumpâs Pennsylvania rally.
âWe noticed the guy crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50 feet away from us,â the witness, whose name is Greg, said. âHe had a rifle, we could clearly see him with a rifle.â
Greg alerted police to the man on the roof, according to the BBC.
âNext thing you know, Iâm thinking to myself why is Trump still speaking? Why have they not pulled him off the stage?â he said. âIâm standing there pointing at him⌠the next thing you know, five shots ring out.â
Some woman who was behind Trump on the stage just said, on live TV, âWe were told to get down, but we all stood up to protect our president.â
Wow. THAT is a frightening level of political commitment. 
Trump just tweeted that he was âShotâ by a âbullet.â
We shall see. Something certainly hit him, and shots were certainly fired.
