Bad place to collect Hummel figurines.
I think this is the question of the hour now since WFH culture is rapidly normalizing here thanks to COVID… My friends are wondering the same, what an awkward situation

Personally, I like to see those hummels HOP. Imagine capturing hummels in an earthquake using slow-motion video capture. That is high art imo

The issue is danger when you are commuting during a typhoon. No commute, no danger, WORK!!!
What about the day after the typhoon? Is it usually safe to go back to work?
Difficult to say. We’ve had typhoon days off that were actually fairly nice, and then the following day - back to work - was awful.
It is a gamble. Walking through puddles or knee high water. You never know…
What if there was a puddle between my living room and my home office? Would that work?

I saw the recent flooding was caused by blockage from a long-term buildup of garbage in Taipei’s antique drainage system. Maybe good if that little flood cleaned it out!

1000mm over 9 days is nothing.for taiwan. We will be fine, just use common sense. When we start getting that per day, or over, we need to start getting the rescue teams prepped.
