Wunderground sees Taipei City getting a bit of rain about a week from now.
Perhaps the east coast will get more of it?

Yeah I saw it was less likely for the west and south 
Windy thinks it will go and hit Ogasawara instead.

It’s supposed to weaken a lot as it moves north, but it could still bring a lot of rain I’m sure.

It’s a super typhoon now—but I expect it to get downgraded (this often happens) as it starts to hit cooler water heading north.

Any more news in this one.
It seems it will not go near any major land area, maybe 小笠原村 (Small Japanese Island) area will be only land mass to feel it. Google Maps

7-day Forecasts | Central Weather Administration I guess only place to get some rain will be Green Island but still time to change its path but seems she does want come to Taiwan.
