Hi, Good day. I just want ask if can I still apply for a scholarship in Taiwan University if my status is national without household registration and holding a TARC? I am planning to study a master’s degree here for the next school year but I need to have a scholarship so I can save some money for my expenses. Thank you.
I believe the government scholarships are only open to those that move onto a student arc. Not sure about TARC though.
