Unpasteurized or raw milk and its cheese

I am a bit in awe as to why anyone would want to buy unpastuerized milk. Louis had a good reason to devolope this process; it was to protect your health. Now, you try to subvert that idea.
OK, if you just want it for yourself or for cheese, etc, so be it.
But PLEASE don’t feed it to your children with the mistaken understanding that it is more healthy. It is NOT.

Uhm, what do you think people that grow up on the country side drinks?
Never hurt me as a kid and there’s nothing better than hot chocolate made from fresh cows milk. But the thing is, it needs to be from healthy cows and it needs to be fresh, otherwise it’s not exactly going to be good stuff.
