Does anyone know of a US cell phone provider or reseller, such as Mint or Boost, that provides simply SMS and voice call roaming. I don’t care about the data at all. If the international data can’t be totally avoided what is the cheapest company and plan?
I’m not interested in VoIP plans, just vanilla cell phone service.

I have already but they don’t have a inexpensive solution for long-term roaming - 1 day, 7 day, and 30 day plans. The model is for temporary travelers.
If these are people you are hosting or guiding you could possibly get a business bundle plan tailored to your needs (business plans have many more options and flexibility) and just hand out SIMs when they arrive amd then reuse for the next group.
