In some countries those on student visas are not allow to disrupt protests. Same in Taiwan before yes? So a breach of student visa conditions gets you deported.
I looked around but I donāt see what she said.
itās important to always follow the rules and regulations regarding peaceful protests and be mindful of potential consequences related to their visa status if they engage in disruptive or illegal activities during a protest.
So it may not have been anything to do with her 1st amendment rights but other breaches of the law. She could have been found to have been asked to leave a place on campus then she would be legally tresspassing by remaining there.

Sheās a student and should stay out of USA politics. Sheās not a citizen. Protest in China. I donāt protest in Taiwan or any other country Iām not a citizen of. I canāt imagine going to China and protesting against President Xi.

The prime minister of Israel has been indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity for Israelās actions in Gaza so the choice is between terrorism and crimes against humanity.
There must be somewhere between the two.
There needs to be some legal challenge to this.
