It’s sadistic because you’re expressing a lot of pleasure at families being broken up and kids who’ve been here their whole lives being forced to leave.

Some family members who were in the USA for over 30 years illegaly made no attempt to get their family members legalized. Some of those deported have said they never bothered.
They can though apply to become legal residents sponsored by their family members.

Of course she does. And she has to face the consequences of that speech. The First is not absolute. For example, Judges can prohibit free speech. It’s called a gag order. Also, you cannot yell “Fire” in a crowded room. The Constitution of the USA doesn’t shield you for consequences even for US citizens. I’m a USA citizen and I know the law.
