πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ πŸ›‚ USA | TSA precheck and Global Entry

We would like to apply for either TSA PreCheck or Global Entry but according to what I have read you need to schedule an interview. We are USA citizens. How can this be done if you are not in the USA? Can this be done in Taiwan? Maybe there is information on this but my wife and I have not be able to find it

global entry can’t be done in Taiwan.

you can do an interview on arrival though.

It says you need proof of residency. We have lived in Taiwan 30 years. No USA driver’s license. Would some kind of bank statement suffice using USA address?

You must, of course meet the eligibility. requirements. I believe proof of residency is proof you live where the address on the application claims, not proof of US residency, but you may want to inquire before applying.

I was able to do a zoom interview when renewing last time.
