How come I see low UV index on clear blue days in the Taiwan weather app but when it’s hazy grey it can be a high index?
The sun isn’t a constant energy. It explodes and has higher/lower days all the time. Maybe that?
Not sure if the weather app takes air pollution into account 
I think they just use sensors on the ground, no?
